Dinner
Dinner is 400 MXN per person, per day. Children under 5 eat free. Dinner plus breakfast is 800 MXN per person, per day.
Monday
Chicken and Beef Fajitas. Romaine Lettuce, Avocado, Carrot, and Beet Salad With your Favorite Dressing. Frijoles Charros (Whole Beans in Pot, Chorizo, Ham and Sausage). Coriander Rice. Chocolate Cake. Coffee and Tea
Tuesday
Grilled Fish. Zucchini Cream and Parmesan Cheese Soup. Steak of Mahi-Mahi marinated with fine herbal, garlic and white wine. Assorted grilled vegetables and red rice. Traditional Flan with a Caramel Sauce. Coffee and Tea
Wednesday
Traditional Mexican Chiles Rellenos. Citrus Salad. Lettuce, Purple onion, avocado, orange and grapefruit. Mixed with a homemade citrus vinaigrette. Poblano Pepper Stuffed with Cotija Cheese. Saffron rice and Green Sauce Spaghetti. Regional Dessert (Rice Pudding). Coffee and Tea

BBQ Grill. Beef, Chicken, and Chorizo. Nopales (Cactus) Salad. Traditional Beans cooked in a Clay Pot. Guacamole and Mexican Sauce. Hand made Tortillas and Quesadillas. Homemade sweet corn cake. Coffee and Tea
Saturday
Chicken in red mole. Shrimp broth with vegetables. Carrot, Potatoes, Chayote and celery. Accompanied with chopped onion, cilantro, cucumber and Serrano hot pepper. Assorted au gratin vegetables & “Primavera” Rice. Lemon Pie. Coffee and Tea
