How to reserve your villa.

We ask for a 20% payment to secure your reservation. We will then block the dates of your stay. The remaining 80% of your payment is due 1 week before your check-in. If you would like to pay cash in pesos or US$ then it is fine to make payment of your final balance in person upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy.

Your initial 20% payment is non-refundable, as are subsequent payments you make, unless there is a large-scale event that makes it impossible for you to visit. These include dangerous weather (e.g., hurricane), health problem (e.g., Covid), or political situation (e.g., closed borders). In those cases we will issue a full refund of any payments that have been made.
