The Playa Las Tortugas Cancellation Policy asks for Payment #1, consisting of 20% of your Total Cost (which includes the nightly rate, cleaning, taxes, and fees), plus your refundable Security Deposit, in order to reserve the villa. Payment #1 is non-refundable. Your Security Deposit is refundable no matter when you cancel. At 90 days before your check-in date, Payment #2 is due, which consists of the next 30% of your Total Cost. Payment #2 is non-refundable. Payment #3 is due 45 days before your check-in date, which consists of the remaining 50% of your Total Cost. Payment #3 is non-refundable.

For stays of longer than 14 days each villa may have their own payment and cancellation policy.
